in a way it is still consider hot la.. but just not that HOT HOT..

Uhuhu… so sad, though he said I can still wear my favourite colour PINK
but with one condition, it has to be SWEET PINK.
No more fuchsia, maroon,red and bright bright fiery colours.
Oish, there goes my wardrobe.

On second thought, not bad also because..

EHEM, I got super good reason to buy more new cloths!!

YAY me! lolol…
I have to get rid of reddish stuff from my life.
Therefore, it gave me a good reason to change my blog’s header, from red to blue.

So fast one month past and next week onwards will be the Nine Long Coconuts (in hockien)?? Lol.. that’s the best translation I can give since I’m a banana aka someone who don’t even know how to write her own Chinese name. It’s vegetarian week for a lot of people though I never try before.

Better hurry post up my Lantern Festival Celebration story before it is way way outdated. Ehehehe…

I love to celebrate anything that has connection with the word FUN. So this wonderful festival surely will not be exempted. What so nice? Anything that can gather people and fool around is nice(Ehem in the good way type of fun lar.. not dot dot dot type of fooling k.. lol).

I know I’m slow in updating my blog but that is all because of I’m busy mar.. What to do. Have to be a daughter, friend, sister, girlfriend, and a coach for everybody else. Oish… I’m so puny and yet so many responsibilities. Well that’s Jolyn’s life, always trying to do as much as she can in life. I will try my best to update my blog more often.

This year I celebrated with the Lim’s Association. Wanted to go gurney drive but afraid it might not be as fun and will waste all my effort on going all the way there due to some past experience. Lazy to story that one, will just stick with the present. Not bad this year as it falls on weekend so I can go there early and enjoy without rush.

Wooo… 1st time Penang Bloggers gets something something from Nuffnang.
FREE movie premier to MAMMA MIA at Gurney Plaza GSC!! Thanks NUFFNANG!!
I saw a lot of senior citizen and unfamiliar faces. Wooo me.. but I did spot a few bloggers; princess, mosquito, and kok. The movie is full of people dancing, jumping and loads of fun. Kind a like High School Musical but it is mostly aunties and uncles that do all the dancing instead of high school kids.
Oh yea, not to missed out some of their naughty naughty jokes, my poor sister kept asking me what is it all about because everybody laughed except her.
Especially the DOT DOT DOT part.. lol..

To me the movie is fun, not bad and I like it. Though I felt a little gross at the part where old people kissing with all the face wrinkling and saggy (Hey what to do, they ZOOM in leh). It’s not that I’m discriminating the seniors just that normally the kissing part in movies were sexy and steamy by young actors and just not like this lar… lol… Okay.. I’ll learn to normalize myself by watching more old people kissing?! Eew.. Oops I meant erm.. Oish.. I don’t think from here things will go right.. so… Ignore… lol…

Okay, this is the second part of my 22nd Birthday Party.
First of all, I would like to explain the explainable reason on why I asked everyone to dress Pink while I didn’t. I’m known for being a Pink freak and since I know my dress is so not Pink this year, I might as well made others wear it. I’m not mean k.. Pink is a pretty colours. I just couldn’t live without being part of Pinkalicious.. ehehe.. hope that cover the whole not Pink issue.

The infamous tune that sends a tingling sensation to ones ears. Hard to resist the temptation to sing a long when you hear the Mamma Mia song. It is no shock that this song from ABBA can find ways to captivate our modern heart, since it is a chart-topper way back in the year 1975. Today I’m not here to promote the song but rather a Movie that titled Mamma Mia. On second thought, it doesn’t need my promo also since everywhere now is promoting this movie.

I’m looking forward to see Meryl Streep putting those who are 59 years old into shame. Ehehehe.. naw la.. jk.. Rather than shame those who are in the 50’s or going to 60’s should probably look upon her. She is very inspiring. In the Mamma Mia trailer that I watched shows that she knows how to have fun and look fun in her character. When I age I do hope I have her energy. I know all is just an act but if I have the energy to act as if I’m having fun and enjoy with my grandkids when I’m that old, HECK Why Not!!! Lol…

Oh well, that’s still long way to go. Right now, I’ll just be a 22 years old lady who will have as much fun as she can while watching Mamma Mia this 22nd Sept 2008 courtesy by Nuffnang!!!

At a moment, I was filled with excitement that people get to see me but on second thought,I guess only me who knows it because with that costume, who knows? That it was lil me in that Pink colour wig. My name wasn’t even mention on the paper but I guess it’s better than nothing.

My dad said, after so long only they publish that news. Indeed, I nearly forgot about the event other than waiting for the prize money to drop in.

I still haven receive my prize money yet.

It’s going to be a whole two months already.

Sheesh… but since it is extra money so I wouldn’t be bothered too much.

Although it will be nice if I get to receive the prize before my Raya Trip so I’ll have extra pocket money for shopping.

Omg.. Haven updates my blog nearly one whole month. Been rushing here and there until no time to settle down and write what’s happening in my colourful lil world. Oh well, let the past be the past and let me begin with my Pinky Birthday Party.

Everything went quite well, all thanks to my superBB. He helps, wait, I don’t think “help” is the word, HE “KAOTIM” = “Settle” everything for my whole party. Me just busy catching up with my friends. It’s something different compared to last year, last year the guest was double and so does the present.
This year I cut half of my guest list so the present might be little but I wouldn’t have time to chit chat with them if the no. of guest is a lot. It’s worth it.. =)

The guest were quite cooperative regarding the dress code, almost all of them turn up in Pink. Just a few guys that didn’t go pink but some of them wear the relative colour such as red. Quite cute I must say.
