Everybody got some stress in their daily life. Serious, everybody have stress.
E.G. Rich people stress that they might lose their money, poor people stress to have more money. Thin people stress to gain weight, Fat people stress to lose weight. Love it or Hate it, we have to face it.
Some have more than others, some handle it well, some take it awfully bad.
I learn to handle my very own stress day by day.
It’s a lifetime process, as we grow our stress tend to differ.
Some hit rock bottom and might lost their way up…
