 Me and MrB was on our way back from meeting our chiropractor when
this mishap happen.. o.O

 

We’re driving in nicely in a busy highway
Suddenly a row in front of us emergency break
then like MrB said his skill is good..  
He manage to stop us nicely from hitting the car in front of us
Nicely as in I don’t get a heart attack and it is almost smooth stop..

 

As we stop MrB and I manage to look the mirror and both chanted
“Don’t hit us, Don’t hit us”

 

Boooosh….

 

 

 

 

Our car is the 1st…
Listed it out as if it is some racing competition ^^”

 

 

This is the forth car
He move his car to the other side as his car is in the middle lane of a busy highway

 

We did move our car to the other side too as
all of us is in the fast lane..

 

Upclose of the forth car..
Pretty bad huh..

 

Wira car owner said he tried to drive to move his car middle lane 
that’s why his car got it badly on the side..

This is the 3rd car
that got bang by Wira

 

To me this car got the worst as
it got both side..

 

 

The 3rd car front
It got caught in between of both cars
twice the impact..

 

And to make matter worst is the driver
is a lady is around 5 months pregnant  O.O

 

I saw her round stomach and ask if she is okay..
she just said chest pain..
Inside Her car got the other lady who apparently still
in great shock sit inside car all the time rubbing her chest..

Can see Gen2 is quite tough if you compare it with 3rd car’s (Myvi) damage..

Just got a little bit scratch and dent

 

 

I think those who got it badly didn’t hit break
probably was in great shock and concentrate on their steering wheel instead
Not criticizing them..
Just saying as I doubt I can handle situation as well as MrB..

 

 

Me and MrB are just glad that we’re safe..
This tiny dent mean nothing..
No harm done..

Who knew right that one accident can affected my life so much.. 

I’m forced to stop gym for quite some time already due to serious back injury and
having difficulty in moving without feeling the ache.

Having a down moment because just remove my abs picture from my side bar
because currently I don’t own it..

This is not another of my Vain Pot Moment..

Fitness is my passion..
Being fit is my specialty..

but now..

I can’t practice what I preach is something really hard to swallow..

sigh…

I still coach here and there for those who need guidance to a healthier life..
Coz Loosing my abs doesn’t equals to loosing my fitness knowledge. duh..

Will come up with a new coaching advert and site though..
Who knows right, my clients might agree to let me publish their before and after picca..

I can walk now..

but not without ache..

Currently.. I’m feeling pretty much like

Sound funny but

Some days, merely by sitting down only would be a torture.

Poor B who need to keep sending me to the chiropractor to fix me??!!

Was MC twice last month due to difficulty in walking and moving at all..

but it is all fine…

because

Got nice Lady Boss aka Tauke-So who is considerate..
Got Mr B who took care of me meticulously..
Got Master Teo who help me push the ache at bay little by little..

I’m just grateful that I still can walk and got these guardian angels surround me.

I’ll be patience until I fully recover and just listen to the Master Teo
with his rule and regulation of not doing this and that..
Not doing any exercise included *Sobs*
and eat his medicine accordingly…

**Medical UPDATES**

Tudia.. Yesterday went to hospital Loh Guan Lye and check and receive a bill amounting approximately RM1000.. swt..

Did an expensive CT scan and found out nothing major beside some weird neck bone structure which doctor said must be due to the swelling pain?!

11 pcs films.. Mr B said the good quality of the films suitable to use as table mat? -.-”

Can see what I’m thinking rr?

Doc said Weird looking neck shape??

Mr B said the CT scan gave 11 films only where our Star East photo shoot cost around the same price gave us 20 pieces and much nicer pictures some more.. swt la dis guy..

I’ve been warn to consume each and every YUCKY pills that cost hundreds or else… to reduce the inflammation and fever etc.

Doctors gave me choice to stay at hospital where nurse can monitor me 24/7 or stay at home which I have to bear the responsibility to check on myself.

Well.. I’m still here blogging..

so I’m pretty much at home..

bleh..

Unless my life is really in danger then I’ll stay there lar..

Otherwise..

n Doctor asked me to go back for check up again next week.. so..

CONCLUSION is I’m not going to die, or had any major injuries..

Just Minor tissue boo boo and muscle injuries.. which will be gone with Yucky Pills..

Joshua is kind to give me and my brother a ride after the party. He dropped my brother home first like I requested, before we meet up with the other bloggers for Yamcha.

After dropped my brother off and

the next thing I Know is

I was unconscious for few secs

after that..

After the accident amy cousin quickly drove me to HUKM where I’m required to be warded for observation but my cousin pulls me out of there without the consent of doctor because the doctor that treated me seems to be lack of professionalism. I got my head X-ray only because when he asked me to go x-ray again my neck, my cousin stops me from proceeding and drag me out of there.

I left feeling worried as my neck pain increasing. Family and friends from Penang told me to go back as soon as possible and they will bring me to get the right treatment so I tolerate with the pain and couldn’t wait to get back home.

I reached Penang around 2am just now.

I thought that reach home can get a goodnight sleep since the night before was at hospital and barely got more than 5 hours of sleep but my nightmare just begun as I couldn’t sleep without feeling every inch of the pain. Sobs. Can’t sleep on my right side as my face is swollen, can’t sleep on the left because the left side of my neck is hurting and can’t even sleep on my back as it’s aching as well.

Cried to sleep as I’m in pain and thinking about my reflection in the mirror with the disproportion due to swelling and my favorite hand phone w850i is spoiled due to the crash.

I pray to God to sleep last night hoping my Sunny day can rise as soon as possible.

Sigh…

Just now morning when I woke up, I spit out blood and my voice has turn harsh while my neck starts puff up and having fever. Not to mention I shit black feces. Blueeh..

I went to clinic and doctor written a letter for me to be admitted to hospital immediately but I’ve chose to admit tomorrow morning since its late now.

Everybody already freak me out with how serious is internal injury etc..

All I can do is pray..

Hopefully nothing major happen today and boring ward here I come tommorow.

Friday comes but I don’t feel like celebrating,
As my heart is throbbing,
Anxiously waiting,
And witness the one I dear leaving.

It’s an agonizing decision to make,
But I know it is for everyone sake,
It’s Time to Let Go.

I pray to the Big Guy carefully,
To bless his little ones journey,
I wish for his return with victory,
That his amour shines radiantly,
Back with glory,
And live the rest of his life happily.
