been off the Healthy track for so long..

 

Lately force to back eating healthily as it is a need in order to make me fully recover
Not to mention flu is happily making me a
CHEW YAN (Superman in kantonis, as I kept going AHH CHEW CHEW CHEW    )

 

I even bought a nice glass to make my daily protein drink a pleasure
(Don’t mistake it with your average gym drink kay, coz it’s not)

 

 Imune system rather down ady…
not a good thing when disease is lurking at every corner,
especially when H1N1 is so Not over yet…

 

Gym membership expired..
Accident may be the cause I discontinue but too long became an excuse too I must admit..
Excuse to be in a bad shape, to binge on all the junk.. sheesh..

 

Need for Speed, Need for FIT??

Not thin not fat too but FIT..

Imagine substitute this with my couch.. Sure no way out right?! 
Wonder who peeps my age got this in their home and use it regularly
Since Glee Rachel got one in her room..

He is my secondary schoolmate, classmate etc..
So to hear this from him is rather funny…

 

He actually is asking how I feel..
Checking whether have I recover from the body aching etc yet
That’s how he responded after knowing I’m getting better 

 

He is not the first though..
A friend whom I befriended through my blog first ever question
is where I club often..  -.-”

 

This is the result from blogging too much events I gez.. 

 

I Like / LOVE events..
But not a huge fan heading club just for the purpose of
clubbing and drinking..

 

I don’t really need alcohol to hype me up..
I think sugar make me high more..

Having a bad health and breathing dificulty
really limit me from fully enjoying at the stuffy room..
but will do it for a Good Event

 

I do go occasionally beside EVENTS but that is like
less than 4 time per YEAR!!

 

Yesh, You got me right..
PER YEAR!!!

 

Maybe age affected the way I handle my time but even when I’m in my teens years..
If I got it right.. Still lesser than 10 time per year  

 

 

I have a sister to take care is just that..
Already took a lot of my time..

 
Especially now when I’m in a good sanctuary 
and MR B is a non-drink and non-smoker..
Lagi lar tak club.. XD

 

Anyway now at home

People that we meet daily is like egg..

 

 Egg with different face and size..

 

Making friends is like buying eggs…

 

 

 

 

Hard to know whether they’re good or bad
Sometimes they might look bad but actually they’re good and
the other way around…

 

Rather hard to the discover the truth

 

Unless..

 

we crack them up..

 

Once you crack the egg,
You have to use it or dump it..

 

It’s rather easy to deal with Bad Eggs
(Easier to be said than done that is)
 

Might hurts a little..
(Hurt alot but it’s alright coz another lesson to be learn then)

After all, we hold friendship with ♥
(I don’t know about you, I know I always ♥ my friends & family)
To realised they are not who they seems to be can be heart wrenching

 

 

But reality is harsh, It is not easy to dump at times
as we need to count in

-the money we use to buy it
-the time we invested
-the ♥ we invested in caring the eggs

 

That’s why sometimes we’re forced “close one eye” or
in this case is “Close One Nose” to be around Bad Eggs
no matter we like it or not
(Do you know how bad does a Bad Eggs really smell like?
REAL BAD to the point you can puke)
